Graphic Design

It's helpful if you can be as specific as possible about what you like and dislike, as well as any particular changes you'd like to see. Based on your feedback, we'll initiate revision rounds (the amount will depend on the type of service acquired) until you’re satisfied with the design.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE RUSH PROJECTS OR TIGHT DEADLINES?

Graphic Design

Yes, we understand that sometimes projects require a faster turnaround due to various reasons, and we're committed to being as accommodating as possible. Our ability to accommodate rush projects or tight deadlines depends on several factors:

  1. The complexity of the project
  2. We’ll assess our team’s current workload and availability to determine if we can allocate the necessary resources to your project within the requested timeframe
  3. If necessary, we may suggest simplifications or adjustments to ensure we can meet the deadline while maintaining quality.
  4. Rush projects often require additional resources and may incur expedited production or overtime costs when meeting a tight deadline
  5. Timely and clear communication will be crucial

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE INITIAL DESIGN CONCEPTS?

Graphic Design

Your satisfaction with the design is our top priority, and we understand that it's common for clients to have feedback on initial design concepts. If you're not completely satisfied with the initial design, we encourage you to provide detailed and constructive feedback on the aspects of the design that don't align with your vision or expectations. The more specific you can be about what you like and dislike, the better we can address your concerns.

WHAT IS THE EXPECTED TURNAROUND TIME FOR MY PROJECT?

Graphic Design

The expected turnaround time for your project can vary based on several factors, including the project's complexity, scope, and specific requirements. To provide you with a more accurate estimate, we typically begin by assessing the details of your project, including its complexity, and any specific deliverables required. This assessment helps us understand the scope of work involved.

How do I let you know which design I've chosen to approve?

Graphic Design

Our designs will be labeled as V1, V2, and V3. All you need to do is let us know which version you’re approving—just tell us the version number, and we’re good to go!

What metrics should you focus on for Google Ad Grant campaigns?

Google Ad Grant

Key metrics include click-through rate (CTR) and impressions. Monitoring these metrics will help measure the effectiveness of your campaigns and ensure compliance with Google Ad Grant requirements.

What is a good click-through rate (CTR) for Google Ad Grant campaigns?

Google Ad Grant

Google Ad Grant accounts are required to maintain a minimum CTR of 5%. Falling below this threshold can lead to the suspension of your account, so it’s important to regularly monitor and optimize your ads to keep the CTR above this benchmark.

How long does it take to see results from a Google Ad Grant campaign?

Google Ad Grant

Results depend on several factors. In general, you can start seeing traffic within a week or two, but optimizing your campaigns for higher click-through and conversion rates may take a few weeks or months.

Can you use Google Ad Grant for display or video ads?

Google Ad Grant

No, the Google Ad Grant only allows nonprofits to run text-based ads on Google Search. It cannot be used for display ads, video ads, or other types of advertising such as on YouTube or the Google Display Network.

What does 'Impression Top %' mean in Google Ads?

Google Ad Grant

'Impression Top %' refers to the percentage of your ads that appear at the top of the search results page, above the organic search listings. A higher Impression Top % means your ads are being shown in a more visible position, which can lead to better click-through rates (CTR). Improving your ad quality, keyword relevance, and bid strategy can help increase your Impression Top %, ensuring your ads are more likely to capture users' attention when they search for relevant terms.

What can you do to help improve your Google Ad Grant results while we manage your account?

Google Ad Grant

While we handle the day-to-day management of your Google Ad Grant, your involvement can make a big difference in optimizing results. Providing us with clear goals and priorities, such as upcoming events, specific programs, or key campaigns, helps us tailor the ads to align with your objectives. Ensuring that your website is optimized for conversions, with easy navigation, mobile responsiveness, and strong calls-to-action, will increase the likelihood of converting clicks into meaningful actions. Regularly updating us on new content or initiatives allows us to keep your ads fresh and relevant. By staying engaged and sharing insights from your side, we can work together to achieve better performance from your Google Ad Grant.
